CEO

Our CEO Muila Paulina Swele has been working in recruitment for 14 years. She has already had great success with permanent recruiters with her first company. With Clearstone Recruiting, she has created a brand and platform for independent HR consultants that is enjoying steady growth.

Associate Partner

At Clearstone Recruiting, over 40 associate partners currently work every day to offer you the best possible advice on your career. Our partners work according to the 360° model, i.e. with both candidates and companies, and therefore offer the greatest possible market overview.

Human Resources

Tanja is responsible for human resources. She is the contact person responsible for onboarding, employee discussions and personal development for our partners. Tanja is the constant companion for our freelancers and supports them from the very first moment on their path to self-employment.

Marketing

Maya dominates the media. She is the Clearstone contact person for all marketing matters. Her tasks include managing and maintaining all of our social media presences, campaigns and collaborations. Your daily task is to convey the story of our company to the world and to draw your attention to us in this way.

Executive Assistant & PR

Christina manages the back office & support area. No matter where our associate partners need help and support, they are always the right person to contact. She is also the right contact person for the areas of PR and services. In addition, she conducts initial discussions with those interested in entering into a partnership with Clearstone.
